Best Choice for brewing your Kombucha

Brown, Raw or Whole Cane Sugar

This Sugar is less refined and contains Molasses

Hard on your Scoby. Produces a yeasty Kombucha & may shorten your Scoby’s life.

Honey

Natural Sugar, can be either Raw or Pasteurised.

Your results may be inconsistence. If you do use honey, make sure you have a backup scoby.
