It's designed for cutting the perfect strips of jerky with two cutting depths: 1/4" and 3/8". On top, the textured surface grips meat, tenderizes, and helps seasoning penetrate for better flavor. The ridges conveniently keep liquids away from meat, while the non-slip rubber feet help ensure stability. Once the slabs are cut, flip the board over and use the flat surface to strip cut the meat.
Included knife has a 13-1/2" high-carbon, 420 stainless steel, super-sharp blade with an easy-grip, ergonomic, non-slip, rubberized Kraton handle. Components conveniently nest into board for easy storage, and a carrying handle provides easy transportation. Dishwasher safe.
