On top, the textured surface grips meat, tenderizes, and helps seasoning penetrate for better flavour. The ridges conveniently keep liquids away from meat, while the non-slip rubber feet help ensure stability. Once the slabs are cut, flip the board over and use the flat surface to strip cut the meat.
