Potassium Bicarbonate 1Kg


Potassium Bicarbonate is used for reducing acidity in red and white wines. It can also be used in fruit wines. 

You need to add this product with caution as the gas evolution may cause frothing. Use a PH meter to avoid overdoing. 

1 gram will neutralise 1.7 grams of Tartaric Acid. 

1 gram per litre will increase the PH by 0.2
