500g Rye Bread Mix
10g Dry Yeast – rehydrated
285g Water - warm 32°C



  1. Mix all ingredients together for 5 – 8 minutes
  2. Let your dough rest for 30 minutes - covered with a damp cloth in a warm area
  3. Shape + Proof for 45 – 60 minutes
  4. Bake @ 210-230°C 20-30min

 Rye is a great source of vitamins and minerals, including magnesium, potassium and phosphorus, and antioxidants. One main point of rye bread is that it’s naturally high in fibre. It’s high fibre content makes it a heart healthy grain good for lowering blood pressure and cholesterol. It’s slow transit time and ability to be only partially digested is beneficial for gut health and will keep you fuller for longer.
